Why are The Fox Tan products so awesome?
We have created a formula using loads of our key and exclusive ingredients FoxComplex® and FoxComplexPlus™, which you wont find anywhere else. FoxComplex® and FoxComplexPlus™ stimulate melanin production meaning our products prep the skin for an undoubtedly quicker, darker and longer lasting tan. Don’t believe us? What is Melanin production?
Melanin is a protein naturally found in our skin. It is the pigment primarily responsible for our skin colour. Some people produce a lot of melanin, whilst others produce less. People that produce more melanin typically find that their skin is more tolerant to UV exposure, and that they tan easily and with speed. Our exclusive ingredient FoxComplex® and FoxComplexPlus™ contain amino acids that help speed up your natural melanin production.
Can I use The Fox Tan in a sunbed?
Sure can!* Our products are just as effective in a tanning bed as they are outdoors. Given they are short bursts of UV, the more sessions the better the results. Indoor or outdoor tanning simply use as directed on our products page. *Rapid Candy Oil cannot be used in sunbeds.
I want my darkest and longest lasting tan. Which products do you recommend?

I’m really pale and struggle to tan. Will your products work for me?
Our products work by stimulating melanin production in the skin which is VITAL for the tanning process! The more melanin you produce the easier it is to tan, which is also great for our fair skin babes!
As each skin type is different it is hard to guarantee you'll achieve your desired results as it really comes to the individual and how their body produces melanin when prompted. We have had amazing feedback from babes that really struggle to tan or only burn when exposed to UV – they are finally seeing tan lines!
The key for fair skin tones is to apply the Elixir daily 5-7 days prior to sun exposure. This is the bit that prepares the skin by kick starting the melanin production, which is absolutely vital for the tanning process and generally stubborn for our fair babes. So the more the better!
Does it really work? I’m sceptical…
All our reviews/before and after pics have been free willingly sent to us from our real paying customers that are amazed at their results. We DON'T participate in influencer advertising or sponsorships so they are the real deal! You are more than welcome to message them directly - a lot of people do as they are skeptical also. Our products work by using active and exclusive ingredients that stimulate melanin production in the skin which is VITAL for the tanning process! The more melanin you produce the easier it is to tan, so you just can’t compare to a luxe tanning oil, we are so much more. We don't have fake tan or bronzers in our bottle so please be aware results do vary on individuals.

Are these products a fake tan?
Most certainly not! Our products do not contain any fake tan, cosmetic bronzers or dyes, we’re talking au naturale colour. This is a fake tan free zone!
Does The Fox Tan contain sunscreen?
No. Our products do not contain SPF and we are not a sunscreen. Please use this product responsibly. We do not promote excessive direct UV exposure and we recommend the use of this product with sun smart options.
What about the nasties?
No nasties in these mint bottles. We do not use Palm Oil, Mineral Oil or Parabens in our formula, so it’s safe to use all over! Product ingredients are easily found on our Products Page.
Can I use your products on my face?
Yes, The Fox Tan is absolutely safe to use on your face. We recommend the Rapid Elixir as this has less oil content. The Rapid Mist can be used on your face, but please use with caution. This is an oil based product, and when mixed with hot, sweaty skin may not react well with certain skin types. Please avoid contact with eyes.
What if I have allergies?
We recommend a small patch test 24 hours before applying The Fox Tan for the first time. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Check out our Products Page for a full list of ingredients.
Can I use your products if I have a nut allergy?
Unfortunately our Rapid Elixir, Rapid Mist, Sun Tan Sealer, Rapid Caramel Kiss, Rapid Watermelon Shimmer and Rapid Candy Oil all contain sweet almond oil, so if you have a nut allergy we do not recommend the use of these products. The Hydrating Body Spray is free from any nut ingredients.
Are these products vegan friendly?
Hells yes! We have no trace of animal products in our range, and we like it like that!
Is The Fox Tan tested on animals?
No way José! We are 100% against testing on our furry friends!

Ordering and Returns
Is my order on its way?
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 business days. Allow up to 5 business days during any sales period. Same day despatch available for Aussie orders placed before 11am and Priority Post chosen at checkout. Please check your inbox for order confirmation and despatch information.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled or amended so please choose carefully!
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We certainly do!
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately given the type of products offered, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on purchases due to health regulations. If you feel you have received a damaged or faulty product please shoot us an email at email@example.com and we will do our best to chase the mailman down and hurt him, jokes jokes!
I have a discount code, can I apply it after purchase?
Once an order has been placed unfortunately we cannot amend. We recommend you keep your code for your next order.
Shipping and Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer $5 flat rate regular domestic shipping, or a $8 flat rate Priority Post option. International shipping will vary depending on weight, and tracking options.
Does The Fox Tan ship internationally?
Absolutely! We want to share our products worldwide.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Australian orders using regular domestic delivery will take 2-7 business days from despatch to arrive. Priority Post delivery within Australia will arrive within 1-2 business day from despatch. New Zealand orders are shipped via DHL and will take 3 - 5 business days from despatch to arrive. Yay! UK babes listen UP! Orders will see super FAST delivery, 2-3 business days from despatch. Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland can take from 2-5 working days. This is a signature on delivery service so will require you to accept the parcel. Southern Ireland orders are shipped via DHL from our Aussie HQ and will take 5-12 business days from despatch to arrive. USA All orders will be shipped from Australian HQ, meaning 7-12 business days from despatch. Other International orders are shipped via DHL and will take 8 - 15 business days from despatch to arrive. *Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the above-mentioned delivery estimates.
What if my order is lost, damage or stolen?
We now provide the option of shipping protection on all orders. Including this in your order is highly recommended as this will fully cover you for any lost, damaged or stolen items. If you have selected shipping protection, Route will take care of all of your lost, damaged or stolen items through a seamless one-click claim process. Route will respond to all claims within 24 hours and will refund or reorder your item(s) - no matter where you live or how much you have ordered! Protection is unlimited and worldwide. If you have chosen not to select shipping protection, we will help to the best of our ability to get your package found but please note The Fox Tan is not responsible for lost or stolen items as well as addresses that are incorrect. Enquiries must be made within 6 weeks of purchase for our team to be able to assist.
Help! I haven’t received my order/I have an issue with my delivery.
Uh Oh. Don’t stress, we are here to help. If your order has not arrived within the specified shipping time frame, or you have any issue upon receipt, please shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Our customer service babes will be able to help.
Do I need to pay for customs and import duties?
The Fox Tan is not liable to any unforeseen changes such as strict customs and unexpected custom order inspections. The Fox Tan does not have any control over such circumstances and may unfortunately lead to a delay your order's shipping time. Any customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As these are a local charge, The Fox Tan has no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Is my information safe?
We hold your privacy as a top priority and therefore will not share your information with any third parties. Credit card details are processed via a secure browser. We do not store your credit card details.
What will you do with my information?
The Fox Tan does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. We do not disclose any of our customer information without explicit consent.
